The Cedar Creek property is 100% owned by Cedar Mountain Exploration Inc. It consists of 1453 hectares of land located in the Cariboo region of south-central British Columbia. This emerging gold district has a fascinating history as a world-class producer of gold during the historic Cariboo Gold rush, producing approximately 3.8 million ounces of gold since 1874.

The rich gold mining history of the Cariboo region is now being revived due to the discovery and increased understanding of sediment hosted gold deposits at Skygold’s adjacent Spanish Mountain Property.

The discovery of these types of deposits in BC, which can be some of the largest in the world, has been fundamental in setting off the largest staking rush in the history of the province.

Based on these, and other, exceptional results from adjacent properties, favorable geology, and the presence of gold anomalies with coincidental geophysical anomalies, Cedar Mountain is on course,  focusing on exploration for gold in sediment hosted deposit types at the Cedar Creek Property.
